The Cwtch, Log Fire, Sleeps 5, Nr Zip World, Brecon And Bike Park Wales Villa was a beautiful cozy cottage that felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail in the design was impressive and the fresh Welsh Cakes upon arrival were a delightful touch. The location was perfect for our needs, being close to the local town and other activities in the area. The folder provided with information on the history of the local area was a nice addition.
There were a few minor drawbacks during our stay. The WiFi kept dipping in and out, which was quite frustrating.

We stayed at The Cwtch for our visit to the Penderyn whiskey distillery and it was exactly as described - a great space that instantly made us feel at home. The owners were so accommodating, allowing us to use the villa as a place for our whole family to gather and have a meal together. Despite the stormy weather, the villa was warm, cozy, and surprisingly quiet. The rooms were lovely, the beds comfortable, and the shower refreshing. We also appreciated the personal touches like the Welsh cakes and milk left for us, as well as the fact that dogs were welcome at no extra cost. The location was excellent, with convenient parking and a friendly pub next door that served excellent food. The villa is well-stocked with everything you could need, and it's conveniently located near a shop and takeaways. Plus, it's a short drive to many attractions in the area. We highly recommend The Cwtch!
Do recommend this hotel.

Great space that instantly makes you feel at home. Lovely clean bedrooms and soft, comfortable pillows and quilts. Well-equipped kitchen for self-catering needs. Friendly pub next door. Delicious Welsh cakes and fresh flowers as a welcome gesture. Convenient location for exploring the Beacons.
Wobbly toilet seat and filddly door locks were a minor inconvenience. Overgrown garden and some unclean areas, particularly in the grass and dog mess.

We stayed at The Cwtch for a weekend getaway and it was perfect! The cozy atmosphere instantly made us feel at home. The bedrooms were bright and clean, with lovely pillows and quilts. The sofa bed was easily accessible and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and we loved having instant hot water. The log fire in the lounge created a snug and inviting ambiance. Plus, the thoughtful touch of providing milk and Welsh cakes was greatly appreciated. The location was ideal for our visit to Bike Park Wales, only a 10-minute drive away. We also enjoyed the nearby walks along the disused railway line and local hill.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more!
